Tony Morgan, 24, of 200 Irving Ave. turned himself in at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in connection with a robbery. Police said Morgan had reported in December that he had been jumped by four men who knifed him on Dec. 3, 2006. In fact, police said, he had fallen on his own knife while stealing a man's chain .........
