11/07/07 - Two African - American men become first minorities on Port Chester board


Two black men are the two newest members of the Board of Trustees, bringing the first minority voices to the board.


Calling it a historic night for the village, board members voted 4-1 late last night to appoint Gregory Adams, a caseworker at the Westchester County Department of Social Services, and Joseph Kenner, a treasury manager at PepsiCo....
