A 38-year-old stood, fully clothed, and urinated out his second-floor window just after 2 a.m. Monday, police said. Going up to Julian Rojas Olivares' apartment in the163 William St. building, police asked him what he was doing. He said he had just gone to the bathroom, police said. Olivares was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.

Port Chester Building Inspector Lenny Cusamano Rushed To Greenwich Hospital.

Port Chester Building Inspector Lenny Cusamano was rushed to Greenwich Hospital after suffering a massive and sever heart attack.

Concerned Port Chester villagge employees have said that Mr. Cusamano had a hereditary heart condition, and this he had been repeatedly hospitalized for heart problems going back to the time that he used to work construction with his father.

An Ugly Red Westmore News Newspaper Box Had It's Chain Cut Was Smashed To The Ground In Broad Daylight at the intersection Of Haines Blvd and Betsy Brown Road in Port Chester.

Residents were upset that the commercial newspaper box was placed in their residential neighborhood despite the fact that such placement violated Port Chester laws.

The single family homeowners had complained to every single politician in Port Chester, but got no relief from the ugly red Westmore Newspaper box that was hurting their home values.

However, the Port Chester politicians were to scared of Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel and Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel" and a public hearing was held to get rid of the law that prevented commercial newspaper boxes being placed in residential areas.

This has infuriated the hard working taxpayers of Haines Blvd. and Betsy Brown Road to the point where they resorted to vigilante actions against the insensitive Westmore News.

Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel called the Port Chester Police Department a little after 2pm and they sent out a Police Lieutenant to investigate instead of a patrol officeer or a detective.

But the residents are observing a neighborhood code of Omerta. Nobody hear or saw nothing.

However, Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel showed the single family homeowner's of Haines Blvd. and Betsy Brown Road, because he put his ugly red Westmore News Box right back where it was before.

The residents of Haines Blvd. and Bestsy Brown Road had better not touch Richard "The drama Queen" Abel's newspaper box again or he will bring a Port Chester Police Captain next time.

Poor Ginny Geldart has had to look at the ugly Red Westmore News Newspaper Box for a couple of months now. She has complained to virtually every official and Politican in Port Chester trying to get rid of Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel's ugly red commercial newspaper box. No one will help her.

The big shots in Port Chester didn't even bother to tell Ginny or her neighbors that they were going to get rid of the law that protected her and her neighbors from Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel's ugly red commercial news paper boxes.

Richard "The Drama Queen" Abel has a message to Ginny Geldart of Haines Blvd.

I am more Powerful than you are, because I use my newspaper to intimidate Politician's and Police Department Brass.

UPDATE #1:

Many concerned readers of Port Chester Roundup have warned me to be careful reporting about the Port Chester Police Department, because they are afraid that the Police will protect the Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel and Bernie “I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills” Abel by having me arrested on trumped up charges or by doing something ignorant like stopping me and planting drugs on me.

I have explained to these people that there is a real possibility that this might occur. A couple of days ago when I placed a True Blue Conservative Newspaper Box in Port Chester the Port Chester Police Department dispatched four or five police cars and the Rye Brook Police Department dispatched two Police cars and began ordering me to remove my newspaper box and threatening my wife and I with arrest.

When I went to the Port Chester Police Department to get a copy of the Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel’s false police report and to get a copy of the Police Report where Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel’s ugly red newspaper box was vandalized at the corner of Haines Blvd and Betsy Brown Road, as well as, civilian complaint form. Captain Telesca threatens to arrest me for asking for a civilian complaint form and ordered me to leave the Police Department Building.

Unfortunately, most residents who ask for a civilian complaint report in Port Chester they are not given the report and threatened with arrest.

I then went to see Port Chester Mayor Dennis Pilla and also Bill Williams the Port Chester Village Manager. They both said that it was wrong that was wrong that persons that request civilian complaints should not be threatened with arrest for wishing to make a complaint.

The Village Manager met with me in his office and I complained about the multiple threats of arrest for exercising my rights to free speech and access to public information.

After, that the Village Manager wanted to speak to me as to why I had Freedom Of Request for all of his Village Manager Reports from April till September. The Village Manager also talked about his plans to reorganize the code enforcement function of the Village. The Village Manager wanted me to withhold judgment on the reorganization for a few more months.

There is a chance that my complaint and the Village Manager’s complaint is on tape, because the Village Manager has made tape recordings in the past.

I spoke with the Port Chester Chief of Police on the phone in the Port Chester Village Manager’s office and the Chief Of Police told me that I now could now come and pick up a Civilian Complaint Form at the Front Desk.

When I got to the Police Department to pick up the Civilian complaint form they wanted me to help them get rid of Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel’s false Police report, because they don’t want Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel’s false police report to a judge or a district attorney.

If I have said it once I have said it a thousand times. Please send Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel’s false police report to a Judge or the District Attorney so that I can latter sue the pants of him and any lying fool that joins him in supporting this false Police report.

I am going to give all the money I collect from Richard “The Drama Queen” Abel and the Westmore Snooze to the Port Chester Schools if they will cut taxes two years in a row like the Town Of Rye has.

The Westmore News current has libel judgment against it and Bernie “I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills” Abel.

Soon the Westmore News and those associated with the Westmore News will soon have the Mother of All Liable and Slander Judgments against them.

Can Some one say Let’s give a laptop to every Port Chester school child, because Bernie “I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Bills” Abel has finally went too far.

This is how the single family homeowner's of Port Chester end up getting involved in costly Federal lawsuits. The Village Manager and Police Cheif must operate by the book or face the legal ramifications. it is unacceptable for the Port Chester Police Department to be used for political reasons or to punish those that question Greedy Port Chester insiders.
