Police Investigating 'Race-Baiting' Flyers Found In Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. Racially charged flyers purporting to be from a Port Chester barbershop were found near Midland Avenue Monday, but the local NAACP branch says the barbershop had nothing to do with the flyer.
