Connecticut National Guard truck in serious accident on I-95 in New York

Connecticut Army National Guard officials are reporting that a vehicle transporting training materiel to Fort Dix, N.J., was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on I95 southbound in the area of Port Chester, N.Y., this morning.
