Mamaroneck, Port Chester Focus On Distracted Driving

Teenagers in Port Chester and Mamaroneck are being treated to a pair of special programs this week aimed at curbing "distracted driving." At Port Chester Middle School on Thursday, two nationally-known speakers were invited to talk about their personal tragedies involving fatal car accidents.
