11/07/07 - Dirty Campaign Is Over. The Hopelessly Biased Rag Known As The Westmore News Tricks Rye Brook Democrats. Rye Brook Turnout Supports Carvin.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap - Bernie Abel's dirty hands are stained forever.

Let's face it Joe Carvin deserved to win.

He work very hard and did everything that Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel told him to do.

If Rye Town Supervisor Bobby Morabito had only worked half a hard as Mr. Carvin, then he the results would have been much different.

When Mr. Joe Carvin and the Mr. Bernie Fable falsely accused Mr. Morabito of corruption, the voters wantedand deserved a strong response the Democrats.

Instead Supervisor Bobby Morabito talked about the FAA and new light bulbs for Town Hall.

No Morabito wanted to be positive.

Supervisor Morabito made a big mistake in refusing to fight fire with fire.

If Mr. Joe Carvin and Mr. Bernie Fable used the hopelessly biased Westmore News wanted to engage in negative politics, then Supervisor Morabito should have pointed out how the Abels and Westmore News Tax Vendetta was behind all the unfair and dirty Carvin campaign tactics.

Mr. Joe Carvin and Mr. Bernie Fable played dirty and Supervisor Bobby Morabito should have played dirty too.

It is a political myth that you can beat a negitive campgain by being positive.

The word on the street is that one month before the election, the Democrats did a poll of voters in Port Chester, Rye Brook and Rye Neck.

Rye Town Supervisor Bobby "I Am Going To Positive No Matter What" Morabito had an 11% lead in Port Chester. He also had single digit leads in Rye Brook and Rye Neck.

Negative Campaigns work.

Go back and look at how Bernie and Richard Fable used the hopelessly biased rag known as the Westmore News as an integral part of the dirty Carvin campaign.

If you are going to forget to pay your school and property taxes then you had better have a local newspaper and a politician that will do whatever you say, otherwise you will loose your house and probably go to jail.

Sometimes the American Democratic System can be very unfair, but it is still the best system in the world.

Look OJ Simpson, Robert Blake and a bunch of others were found not guilty.

So Don't Be Shocked That Bernie Fable once again thumbed his nose at the system and punished the second politician in 30 years that had the guts to stand up to the Hopelessly Biased Westmore News.

If Bobby Morabito had really been corrupt and looked the other way when the State Of Florida turned Bernie Fable in.

If Bobby Morabito had let Bernie Fable Continue stealing from the taxpayers, then he would still be Rye Town Supervisor next year.

But no Mr. Morabito refused to be corrupt and had to be a goody two shoe's a take Bernie Fable to court and get a conviction.

But Bobby Morabito can't stop making political mistakes.

When Joe Carvin and Bernie Fable got nasty, Mr. Morabito once again had to be a goody two shoes and be positive and talk about the environment and new ball fields.

However, we should hope for the best.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin keeps his promise to eliminate Town Tax Within Two Years.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin keeps his promise and take medical benefits away from Port Chester Republican Chairman Billy Vilanova and the other elected officials.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin keeps his promise to reverse annual losses at Rye Town Park and Crawford Park with out sacrificing services or maintenance.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin Keeps his promise to have yearly competitive bids on all Rye Town contracts.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin keeps his promise to eliminate patronage jobs and to have an open hiring process in the Town Of Rye.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin gets the first "passing" Rye Town Comptroller's Audit by not having any negative auditors comments what-so-ever.

Let's see if Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin makes Bernie Fable pay all his damn property taxes.

The voters of Rye Town have spoken and Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin has won, lets see if he is a man of his word.

10/12/07 - GOLDIE SOLOMAN, MAX RAMIREZ AND THEIR SUPPORTERS WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG.

You won’t read this in the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze, but…

GOLDIE SOLOMAN, MAX RAMIREZ AND THEIR SUPPORTERS WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG.

Six months ago Goldie Solomon, Max Ramirez and their single family homeowner supporters repeatedly argued that Port Chester had enough money and that Port Chester Village could cut taxes just like the Town Of Rye Has for the last two years in a row.

Deputy Port Chester Mayor Dominick Cicatelli even agreed with Goldie, Max and their supporters by saying, “I believe that it is entirely possible for the Village to cut taxes.”

According to Trustee Dan Brakewood, the Port Chester Village Manager and the professional staff under estimated revenues and expenses by about 8%, Apparently, Port Chester is sitting on over 1 million bucks of extra money that would wipe out this years Port Chester Village Property Tax increase.

When are the politicians and the professional staff going to start listening to Goldie Solomon when she says, “Cut the taxes, we can’t afford this anymore!” When are the politician’s and professional staff going to start listening to Max Ramirez, who has repeatedly said “Give the homeowners back their money,”

This extra one million dollars in tax money needs to be refunded to the single family homeowners of Port Chester immediately.

The taxes have been cut in the Town of Rye two years in a row. If we can give each single family homeowner a Port Chester Village Property Tax Rebate, then we can go after Abel’s school board buddies and try and reverse the outrageous 13% Port Chester School Tax increase.

When is the hopelessly biased rag known as the We$tmore $nooze going to expose the outrageous waste behind the
13 ½% school tax increase that is choking the single family homeowners of Port Chester.

When the Port Chester School Union members told the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze, that ex-Port Chester School Board President Dominick “I Did Not Edit Bart’s Racist Flyer” Bencivenga had moved out of New York State for six months and not resigned from the Port Chester School Board. The hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze refused to report the story.

When school employees complained to the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze that Port Chester School Board Member Jim “Leave My Wife Alone” Dreave’s wife was illegally pressuring school employees to buy her overpriced costume jewelry while on school time and property. The hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze refused to report that Port Chester teachers were illegally being pressured to buy Ms. Dreave’s gaudy and tasteless trinkets.

Why wont the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze expose the waste that is behind this years 13 ½% School tax increase.

10/10/07 - If You Want To Illegally Hold Office While living Elsewhere Don't Do It In New Rochelle. Do It In Port Chester So You Won't Get Caught.

HEADLINE:

New Rochelle councilman claims opponent lives elsewhere

STORY:

NEW ROCHELLE - City Councilman Roberto Lopez is charging that his opponent, attorney Richard St. Paul, does not live in New Rochelle - an accusation St. Paul disputes.

Lopez's camp hired a private investigator who found that St. Paul's registration with the state court system, required for all attorneys, shows his address as a home in the Bronx, and that the New Rochelle address he uses is the home of Ronald Williams, former president of the New Rochelle chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

"I was in shock," said Lopez, a Democrat. "Being that he's a lawyer, and (considering) the high ethics that lawyers have, I couldn't believe my eyes," Lopez said......

......He said he has been involved in several Westchester election campaigns and legal battles, including an ongoing federal lawsuit against Port Chester claiming that the village election system dilutes the Hispanic vote, and a 2004 lawsuit opposing redrawn election districts in New Rochelle. Williams leads the organization that filed the New Rochelle lawsuit.

St. Paul's voter registration card shows he began using Williams' home on Inwood Place as his address for voting on October 11, 2006. In 2005, it says, he had voted in New Jersey......

COMMENT:

When ex-Port Chester Port Chester School Board President Dominic "I Did Not Edit The Racist Flier" Bencivenga moved out of state for six months, the Port Chester Teacher's Union became concerned at went to see Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel and Richard "The Rye Town Drama Queen" Abel at the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze.

The Abel's decided to hide this from the single family homeowners who had to pay the outrageous 13 1/2% School Tax Increace this year.

But the school board member Jim "Leave My Wife Alone" Dreaves started getting nervous that the cover up was about to come to light, so the Port Chester Chief Of Police was enlisted to help Dominic "I Did Not Edit That Racist Flier" Bencivenga get a tiny little apartment in Port Chester.

Dominic "I Did Not Edit The Racist Flier" Bencivenga is now back home with his family.

The Port Chester Teacher's union sent a letter with both of these accusations to each of the school board candidates who were running against Dominic "I Did Not Edit That Racist Flier" Bencivenga. Both candidates told the We$tmore $nooze they had received the letter and one candidate even gave the We$tmore $nooze a copy of the letter.

But, Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel and his son the Rye Town Drama Queen were in on the cover up.

You are paying the Outrageous 13 1/2% School Tax the We$tmore $nooze is a hopelessly biased rag that is being used to attack the Town Of Rye which has cut property taxes two years in a row.

The fact that the State Of Florida and the Town of Rye has caught Bernie failing to pay all of his on his property taxes has nothing to do with the fact that the We$tmore $nooze winks at the School Board Republicans, while attacking Democrats that have taken him to court for once again failing to pay his property taxes.

Don't Make Our Politician's Kiss
Bernie's Old Wrinkly Ass

If you let Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel is allowed to use the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze to punish government officials who have taken him to court for tax evasion, then you will see all the school and village officials lining up to kiss his old wrinkly ass out of fear that he will use the We$tmore $nooze against them.

What does a BBB rating mean?

BBB (Rating Definitions) - ...The capacity for timely payment of financial commitments is considered adequate, but adverse changes in circumstances and in economic conditions are more likely to impair this capacity. This is the lowest investment-grade category.

Bruno Gioffre is once again bringing Port Chester a bad condo project.

Then there was the Mariner which wants an extention.

Now here are more Condos at the United Hospital Site.

Bruno Gioffre is going to make a lot of money bringing all of these Massive Multi - Family Apartment Buildings to Port Chester and you are going to get the massive school tax bill.

09/29/07 - Joe Carvin’s Campgain Is Collapsing Faster Than The NY Met’s Dramatic Fall From Grace.

Joe Carvin’s Campgain Is Collapsing Faster Than The Met’s Dramatic Fall From Grace.
***********************************************************************************************************
It looks like the real “facts” are coming out.

Westchester County taxes have gone up the last two years
Rye Brook Village Taxes have gone up the last two years
Blind Brook School taxes have gone up the last two years
Port Chester Village taxes have gone up the two years.
Port Chester School taxes have gone up the last two years

But the Town Of Rye Taxes have gone DOWN the last two years.

Hey, I got a real dumb idea.

Let’s get a greedy hedge fund guy to be in charge of the only government that has lowered taxes the last two years in a row.

Let’s face it the greedy hedge fund guys have done a wonderful job of destroying the mortgage and real estate markets here in the United States America.

Thank God, the Federal Reserve is using your hard earned tax dollars to bailout the reckless investments of the greedy hedge fund industry.

Do you know one of the ways Rye Town is helping lower your property taxes.

They took Bernie Abel the founder of the We$tmore $nooze to court for

UNPAID PROPERTY TAXES

Now you know why the We$tmore $nooze ran pages and pages of letters from Supervisor Wanna Be Joe Carvin, Port Chester Republican Chairman Billy Vilanova and other assorted fools like Dick “Let’s Increase School Taxes” Huebert.
