03/06/11 Reader Submitted Comments: It Is Time To Move On And Leave The Back Room Deals And Corruption Behind

Dear Editor,

In the last village election I gave all my votes to one candidate.

I think the compromise that the village of Port Chester came up with is terrific.

Commutative voting has been very good for Port Chester.

The new voting system opened things up for a lot more village residents.

Village Hispanics benefited, as well as, other minorities and independents.

For the first time the village board had a real cross section of Port Chester residents.

I just can't understand why Sam Terenzi and Bart Didden want to destroy a system that leveled the playing field and opened up government in Port Chester.

It is just foolish for Terenzi and Didden to want to take Port Chester back to the old days of back room deals and corruption.

The Journal News and the Westmore news have done a poor job of explaining that the goal of the cumulative voting system was not to elect a Hispanic, but to only create a system whereby the Hispanic community would be able to nominate and elect a candidate of their choice.

That candidate of choice could be a Hispanic or it could be a non-Hispanic.

By leveling the playing field we have created a system where all Port Chester residents have benefited - Hispanics, African Americans, Conservatives and Independents.

For this I give Port Chester Mayor Dennis Pilla a thumbs up.

Personally, I would like to see a Right to Life candidate run and win in Port Chester.

In Greenwich, they are proud to have something special.

It is called the Representative Town Meeting. That's where 230 elected citizens hold a monthly meeting to decide town issues.

Greenwich owes much to a very high degree of citizen participation both in its government and in many non-governmental bodies that contribute to the quality of life the Town enjoys.

Indeed, volunteerism is a hallmark of Greenwich life.

The RTM is where many of its citizens get their start in civic involvement; equally, it is where many who have served the Town in other capacities continue to contribute to it.

In Rye Brook they are proud that there is no Republican or Democratic parties on the local ballot. They only have local independent village parties and write in candidates.

Now in we have something special in Port Chester.

Let's keep it and build upon it as we bring all the citizens of Port Chester together to solve our common problems.

Please withhold my name.

Extreamist TEA Party Lunatic Bart Didden Has Very Simple Wrong Answers To Complex Problems

Port Chester Taxpayers Can Always Count On Knuckle Dragger Bart "The Bigot" Didden To Come Up With A Very Simple Wrong Answer

Mayor Dennis Pilla has started to revive a dispute with one of Port Chester's larger property owners, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, over the condition of walkways around the Metro-North train station.

Port Chester residents are complaining about the snow and ice, and the village says it's the MTA's job to clear it.

Anthony Cerreto, the village attorney, said the MTA has the same obligation as any other property owner.

"I just don't think it's right to have a double standard," Cerreto said.

In 2007, an MTA attorney wrote to Cerreto that it was not responsible for maintaining anything beyond the parking lots, train platforms and staircases leading up to them. Local codes do not apply, spokeswoman Marjorie Anders said Thursday.

"We are a public benefit corporation of the state of New York, and county, city, village, town, school districts do not have jurisdiction over us," she said.

At that time, the village talked about taking over maintenance under a formal agreement with the agency, but was offered a "paltry" amount.

During the Monday February 7th meeting, village board members talked about possible steps, including a warning letter or court summons.

"If it's the MTA and we're issuing an appearance ticket, how do we issue an appearance ticket to the MTA?" Police Chief Joseph Krzeminski asked the board.

Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden tried to contribute to the discussion with one of his very simple wrong answers. Didden said,"Catch the first train going by."

Once again Port Chester residents are wondering,"What kind of LSD are they putting in Bart Didden's Tea?'

03/06/11 CONFLICT OF INTERST: Port Chester's Attorney For G And S Has Told Bart Didden Not To Vote On Matters PertainingTo Port Chester's Largest Property Owner

Mayor Wanna Be Bart Didden if elected, has to stay out of any dealings with the principal developer in town, because of his ongoing legal fight with G and S

Extreamist TEA Party Lunitic Bart "The Bigot" Didden has repeatedly had to recused himself from issues related to with the principal developer in town.

G And S Investors is the company that developed the huge Waterfront shopping complex and had far-reaching land rights in the downtown area.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden fought and repeatedly loss to Port Chester and the developer over a Walgreen pharmacy built on one of his former North Main Street properties, and there still remains in a dispute over how much payment he should be paid for the land.

The very litigious Bart "The Bigot" Didden even sued all of Port Chester's homwowners for 10 Million bucks. Thank goodness that a judge did not agree with Extremist TEA Party Lunitic Bart "The Bigot Didden outrageous demand to stick it to Port Chester taxpayers.

Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden is challenging Mayor Dennis Pilla, who is running for a third, two-year term on March 15.

Mayor Dennis Pilla has repeatedly pointed out that Bart "The Bigot" Didden's position would be problematic as mayor, even beyond the current legal case.

Basically all the litigation renders Bart "The Bigot" Didden ineffective on development issues when it comes to Port Chester's largest developer and property owner.

The people of Port Chester would be shortchanged if the very litigious Bart "The Bigot" Didden was some how elected mayor.

G And S, the developer is the largest landowner in town and one of its largest sources of property revenue. They still have two undeveloped parcels near the mall development.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden battled the village over eminent domain. He tried unsuccessfully in federal court to stop the condemnation of property that he and business partner Domenick Bologna owned on North Main Street.

Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden used to maintain a bunch of websites where he claimed that a corrupt Republican Mayor Gerald Logan set him up to go to a meeting where G And S Developer Gregg Wasser committed extortion.

Oh Here, is a link to the Second Circuit decision where the panel found that Bart "The Bigot" Didden tall tale of settling the condemnation case was not extortion.

http://vlex.com/vid/didden-village-port-chester-summ-ord-20315525

In fact the Federal judge said the Village of Port Chester was fair, and Bart "The Bigot" Didden was disingenuous.

Basically Federal court documents characterized Bart "The Bigot" Didden as a bad actor.

Lawyers and courthouse observers will tell you that 'Disingenuous" is about as harsh a judicial term that is usually employed.

It is sort of like judge code for "Liar".

I guess that's why Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden took down all of his crazy websites about being set up and extorted by former Port Chester Mayor Gerald Logan and Gregg Wasser.

Another reason that Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden took down all of his crazy websites was the District Court decision where Judge McMahon found that Bart Didden had fibbed in his application for an injunction.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden is always getting caught lying in Federal Court, like the time Federal prosecutors found confidential village documents in his personal papers and then lied that he got the documents from a local reporter.

It is almost amazing how Bart "The Bigot" Didden is always getting caught lying and not getting punished. It makes one wonder if this long time Port Chester player, Bart "The Bigot" Didden is paying people off.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden used USA Alarm computer servers to set up an exchange server that New York State said gave the planning board the ability hold illegal secret meetings on the internet. Illegal secret planning board meetings that are held before a property owners public hearing.

How does Bart "The Bigot" Didden repeatedly get away from being punished for his unethical and illegal behavior.

Are people getting paid off in Port Chester?

When a major Port Chester Developer testifies at a public hearing that Bart "The Bigot" Didden's downtown office has building code violations and he is nor punished. Slumlord Bart "The Bigot" Didden did not have a Certificate of Occupancy for his downtown office building and he still did not get punished.

Are people getting paid off in Port Chester?

The Village of Port Chester and Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden are going to court because he wants $3.1 million in compensation. The Village is appealing the amount.

Port Chester has argued that Bart "The Bigot" Didden should be compensated $975,000 for his small vacant Port Chester lot.

What ever the Judges ultimately decides Mayor Dennis Pilla has said the total amount will be paid by G and S and Port Chester taxpayers won't have to give any money to the ethically challenged Bart "The Bigot" Didden

That's why Extreamist TEA Party Lunitic Bart "The Bigot" Didden has been advised by Village Attorney Anthony Cerreto and Justin Miller, an attorney assisting the village with G and S matters, to recuse himself from votes related to the developer.

The very litigious Bart "The Bigot" Didden was recently shut out of the vote related to the seawall behind the Costco parking lot that G&S provided.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden was forced to go hang out in the hallway with Goldie Soloman.
