NEW HIRES AT USA BANK
Compliance Officer & Credit Administration Officer
Port Chester, NY June 30, 2009 – USA Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of George Roman, Jr. as Vice President, Compliance Officer.
Mr. Roman brings extensive regulatory experience to his new position. He spent 28 years with the FDIC, first as an examiner and then as a compliance supervisor, followed by several years as the compliance officer for two banks in New York City.

Also recently appointed to a new position is Anthony Russo as Vice President, Credit Administration Officer.
Mr. Russo has spent a decade in commercial lending, most recently as an Assistant Vice President at Kearny Federal Savings Bank in New Jersey.
“Anthony brings both energy and insight to his work,” said Mr. Gentile.
In addition to receiving a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University, Russo also earned a law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
