10/10/11 Once Again Port Chester Learns That Sam Terenzi And Bart Didden Don't Know Their Asses From Holes In The Ground

FORGET ABOUT THE WESTMORE NEWS

YOU WON'T READ THIS IN THE PORT CHESTER WESTMORE NEWS, BECAUSE THE ABLE FAMILY ALSO GOT BIG BUCKS FROM RYE TOWN SUPERVISOR JOE CARVIN ....

Sam Terenzi Simply Could Not Be More Hopelessly Wrong If He Tried

PHOTO: Clueless Town Of Rye Accountant And Port Chester Trustee Saverio “Sam” Terenzi

Thanks A Million Sam And Bart ....

Town of Rye accountant Sam Terenzi and infamous village bigot Bart Didden's short-lived bid to appeal the Port Chester voting rights case, which was undertaken despite a homeowner's outcry not waste any more tax dollars, has added yet another $75,000 in legal bills to the million-dollar cost of fighting the Justice Department's 2006 lawsuit.

The clueless Sam Terenzi led a divided village Board of Trustees to hire the law firm of his boss' brother in February to appeal the 2008 decision that Port Chester violated of the Voting Rights Act.

Thank's to Bart Didden's two page bigoted flyer, a judge had found the old system — at-large voting for two trustees per year — prevented the Hispanic minority from electing their preferred candidates to the board.

A federal judge warned loudmouth Sam Terenzi and the rest of the village board in April that the Port Chester had no right to appeal its own agreement, and in August, the U.S. Court of Appeals agreed.

Town of Rye accountant Sam Terenzi pushe the Port Chester board to hire Jones Day attorney Michael Carvin, who is the brother of Joseph Carvin, supervisor of the enveloping Town of Rye.

"It was stupid to do," said Mayor Dennis Pilla, who opposed the appeal. "I could have paved six streets with the money they wasted on the appeal."

"That's the system," said Sam Terenzi, who has his snout in multiple public troughs for decades

Thanks to former Port Chester Mayor Gerald Logan about $1.1 million has already been paid to the law firm of Rye City Republican City Chairman Anthony Piscionere since the Justice Department threatened a lawsuit in 2006.

Now an additional legal bill in the thousands has been submitted by Rye Town Supervisor Joe Carvin's brother for a frivolous patronage lawsuit that Port Chester homeowners are going to have to pay.

Rye Town Supervisor Carvin brother's fee was $742.50 an hour.

Rye Town accountant Sam Terenzi and his cronies on the board had authorized up to $225,000 for Michael Carvin to waste on the make work appeal.

"We think they had a very strong argument, and that the appeal was proper," said a delusional Michael Carvin.

About $118,000 was paid to implement the new voting system, that we got because of Bart Didden's two page racist flyer, that he says was edited by ex-Port Chester School Board of Education President Dominic Bencivenga and ex-Port Chester Trustee John Crane.

Ironically, most of the clueless idiots, like extremist TEA Party lunatic Bart Didden who voted in favor of the appeal gained office under the system that he wanted to overturn.

The next trustee election is 2013, coinciding with a mayoral election. Trustees serve three-year terms, and the mayor serves two years.

Finally, it appears that Sam Terenzi and Bart Didden are starting to realize how uninformed and costly their crazy rhetoric has been to Port Chester homeowners.

"There does not appear to be the appetite to take this any further," Mayor Pilla said.

02/28/11 Port Chester School District Prepares For Layoffs As Village Gives The Rye Town Supervisor's Brother A $750 / Hour Job

The Port Chester School District is bracing for some tough choices as taxpayers are told that long time Republican Michael Carvin will get a $200,000 patronage job from the village.

Board of Education meeting, parents, teachers and board members listened as Maura McAward, assistant superintendent, warned of drastic personnel cuts. The district has already shaved costs by limiting hall monitors and computer aids.

03/07/11 Stupid Is As Stupid Does: Bart "The Bigot" Didden And Sleazy Sam Terenzi Should Reconsider Vote To Appeal Voting Rights Ruling

Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Bart "The Bigot" Didden And Sam "Welcome To PORK Chester" Terenzi's decision to appeal the federal voting rights ruling is short-sided and a big mistake, both for the people of Port Chester and for this dumb and dumber duo.

The majority of Port Chester residents, are not in favor of Didden and Terenzi's desire to appeal.

Do these two Port Chester wing nuts really think that they can appeal this and win.....

04/23/11 Rye Town Supervisor Joesph Carvin's Brother Gets Slammed In Court

Earning His $775 An Hour: Republican Michael Carvin is pressing forward with a Port Chester voting rights appeal, even though a federal judge says he can't

A federal judge has told Republican Rye Town Supervisor Joe Carvin's brother that he has no right to appeal the Justice Department's successful voting rights lawsuit against Port Chester — but apparently, that won't stop Micheal Carvin from trying.

A clueless Michael Carvin seems to be unaware that the Village of Port Chester signed a consent decree barring the old system and ushering in a new, cumulative-voting method.

Judge Gardephe wrote that Port Chester has no basis to appeal because of its own action....

Board Of Trustee Meeting Notes 03/22/07

The Things You Don't See On Cable TV Meeting Telecasts #1

Loud Meltdown In Executive Session Is Overheard In The Hallways As
Real Estate Lawyer And Republican Chairman Anthony
Pissonere Goes Nuts Over Port Chester Board Of Trustee's Desire

To Get Advise From An Independent Expert

Date Line (Port Chester) --- A public board meeting was opened at 5:30 pm and then an
closed executive session was immediately called to discuss litigation.

Members of the public and press were then required to wait in the hallway at 350 Main Street.

Goldie Soloman even took a chair to the hallway to sit comfortably in the hallway.

As usual the public slowly started to talk and gather out in the hallways, when all of a
sudden a loud voice started to boom out in the hallway. Soon persons were saying that
the loud voice belonged to Rye City Republican Chairman Anthony Pisionere.

No One In The Executive Session Could Be Heard Except For Pisinere.

It sounded like Rye City Republican Chairman Pisonere was calling the Board, "Stupid".

Yes our Half A Million Dollar Patronage Lawyer, Anthony Pisionere was yelling at the
Port Chester Board Of Trustees and saying they were, "Stupid".

No wonder Port Chester lost on Pisonere's Half A Million Dollar Hearing,

We had a lawyer with no professional decorum or self-control.

Rye City Republican Chairman Anthony Pisionere's melt down continued with
complaints that his legal performance was discussed during the election.

This real estate lawyer from Rye goes to court and gets outclassed and costs the village
half a million dollars for losing one hearing and then he thinks that the taxpayers of Port
Chester should not discuss his courtroom failures.

Port Chester taxpayers in the hallway were laughing and joking about Pisionere' s
meltdown. People were calling Pisonere a "Legal Loser' and a "Patronage Pig."

The most insightful comment was that, "It's not pretty when a political insider starts
to have his patronage pork cut off."

Then Rye City Republican Chairman Anthony Pisionere went nuts when the board
appeared to suggest that they needed the help of an independent expert to advise them
about his performance, the Department Of Justice and other issues about the lawsuit.

No one could hear any board members, just the angry and nasty hollering of the out of
control Pisionere.

Pisionere just doesn't seem to perform well while under pressure. Why did The Republican's choose this Rye Real Estate lawyer for this high stakes Federal voting rights lawsuit.

Mayor Logan must have been too afraid of the Rye City Republican Chairman, because
he made no effort to control his unprofessional and embarrassing outbursts.

Finally after 7 pm Goldie Solomon interrupted the meeting and said that it was time to
wrap up the meeting with Pisconere, because the people of Port Chester were getting
tired of waiting and some citizens were leaving in disgust.

They made Goldie leave the meeting room and then locked the door as Rye City
Republican Chairman Anthony Pisionere went on and on for another 30 or 40 minutes.

It looks like the Rye City Republican Chairman Anthony Piscionere scared the hell out of
Mayor Logan and the other Republicans, because they quickly came out of executive session and voted 5 to 2 to table any talk of hiring an independent expert to advise the Port Chester Board Of Trustees.

Only Trustees Dennis Pilla And Daniel Brakewood voted to hire an indepent expert.

Why Are The Republican's Afraid Of Advice From An Independent Expert?

Could It Be That Independent Experts Get In The Way Of Patronage?

New Rye Town Republican Financial Disclosure Shows That Joe Carvin Is Knowingly Accepting Dirty Money From Bart "The Bigot" Didden.

STORY:

Once again Joe "The Harvard Educated Fool" Carvin
has shown his total lack of good judgement.

The last Rye Town Republican Financial Disclosure Report shows that the CarvinCampaign is taking Bart “The Bigot” Didden’s dirty money.

The word around Port Chester is that Bart "The Bigot" Didden has gained unusually free access to the top levels of the Carvin Campaign, due to his close friend ex- Port Chester Republican Chairman Janus "I Love A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards.

Bart "The Bigot" Didden is also gaining access to the Carvin campaign due to the fact thatDidden is the Chief Pollster and a part-time columnist to the hopelessly biased rag known as the Westmore News.

Richard Abel, the publisher of the hopelessly biased rag known as the WestmoreNews has repeatedly defended Bart “The Bigot” Didden by saying, “It’s not against the law to be a bigot.”

Port Chester Mayor Pilla and various Port Chester trustees have been shocked at the Westmorenews publisher’s shocking remarks.

When Port Chester Deputy Mayor Dominick Cicatelli and Trustee DanBrakewoodboth went on cable TV and called for Bart “The Bigot” Diiden’s resignation from the Port Chester Planning Board Guess What Happened?

Westmore News Publisher Richard Abel made it clear that his newspaper would not look favorably on having it’s chief pollster and part-time columnist sent to the Port Chester Ethic’s Board for his two page racist flier.

As of October 29, 2007, neither the Westmore News founder, publisher or editor has condemned their part-time columnist’s racist flier that attacked Port Chester Hispanics in general and Port Chester Hispanic Activist Blanca Lopez specifically.

Bearnie, Richard And Janann Abel Think It Is OK To Give A Forum At
The Westmore News To Port Chester's Infamous Racist

The Republican’s Are Losing Election After Election, Because They Can’t Resist Bart “The Bigot” Didden’s Dirty Money.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

A Port Chester Roundup News probe has found that Bart "The Bigot" Didden has given more money and support to Joe Carvin than the combined political contributions of....

Linda Turtino

Dominick Cicatelli

Micheal O'Connor

Fred Giofree

Vallerie Nanni

Alan Geist

Antionette Federici

And

Arthur Buckle.

Bart Didden is buying his way into the Carvin Administration by contributing more than eight Longtime Republican Party Insiders combined.

THE RYE BROOK HEDGE FUND MILLIONAIRE JOE “THE HARVARD EDUCATED FOOL” CARVIN IS SO GREEDY HE TAKES DIRTY MONEY FROM

BART “THE BIGOT” DIDDEN.

Instead Of Taking Bart “The Bigot” Didden’s Dirty Money Joe Carvin should be demanding that Didden apologize to all of the Hispanics of Port Chester and to Blanca Lopez in general for the racist two page flier.

Port Chester Republican Chairman Billy Vilanova publicly called for Bart “The Bigot” Didden to apologize for the racist flyer after ex-Port Chester Chairman Janus “I Love A Racially Charged Campaign” Richards stepped down to be aCarvinconfidant and advisor.

JOE CARVIN SHOULD RETURN BART “THE BIGOT” DIDDEN”S MONEY AND DEMAND THAT HE APOLOGIZE FOR THE TWO PAGE RACIST FLIER THAT ATTACKED THE HISPANICS OF PORT CHESTER AND VICIOUSLY SINGLED OUT BLANCA LOPEZ.

JOE “THE HARVARD EDUCATED FOOL” CARVIN LACKS THE

COMMON SENSE TO BE A LEADER OF ALL THE RESIDENTS OF RYE TOWN.

So as long as Joe Carvin sticks up and keeps money form the infamous Port Chester racist known as Bart "The Bigot" Didden this reporter will be in total opposition to the heartless Rye Town Supervisor.

JOE IT IS TIME TO GIVE BART DIDDEN"S MONEY BACK !!!!
