Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance commissioner Thomas Mattox said in a release that......
Andrew Summa, a professor at the Graduate Institute and the Learning Collaborative, was charged with two felony counts each of repeated failure to file personal state income tax returns and two misdemeanor counts of fifth-degree criminal tax fraud.
The Port Chester resident was paid between $78,000 and $163,000 from 2004 to 2009 but is accused of not paying taxes during those years. Summa, 65, has since filed previously unfiled personal income tax forms and paid a $12,044 tax liability, the District Attorney's Office said.
Mr. Summa is due in Port Chester Village Court on April 7.
