Police Were Dispatched To Halstead Avenue:
A couple were awakened at 3 a.m. Feb. 26 by a man talking to himself in their bedroom, police said. An intoxicated Daniel Marsh was accused of cutting a screen, climbing through an unlocked window and wandering around the home before fleeing out the front door, police said. Nothing was stolen, but Marsh, 23, of 149 Fairview Ave., Port Chester, was charged with felony first-degree burglary. He was free on $2,500 and is due in Village Court March 7.
Port Chester Police Were Dispatched To Waterfront Place And Spring Street:
A former employee of Michael's Arts And Crafts was accused Feb. 26 of manipulating false returns to steal $613 between Feb. 6 and 20. Police charged Diana Ruiz, 19, of 133 Spring St., Port Chester, with petty larceny. Police said she would register a false return and credit her own credit card.
