• How Port Chester Building Inspector Lenny Cusamano looks the other way as Bart Didden sits on the Port Chester planning board, even though Bart Didden does not have a Certificate Of Occupancy for his Main Street Building.
• How the Port Chester Planning Board set up an unauthorized exchange server at Bart Didden’s Main Street Business that allowed illegal secret meetings to be held in violation of New York State’s Open Meetings Laws. The Port Chester Village attorney ruled that this unauthorized secret server should be shut down immediately. In fact, the Port Chester Village Attorney went to the last Port Chester Planning Board meeting in an effort to get the planning board to release documents from Bart Didden’s unauthorized and illegal Planning Board Server.
• How Bart Didden lied, when he said he was not responsible for the abusive Robo Phone calls that attacked Mr. Pilla’s child. Bart Didden said he had no relationship to the company making the phone calls that abused an innocent Port Chester child. Let’s face the facts; Bart Didden would sue his own mother if he could. First Bart sued G&S, then Bart sued Port Chester, then Bart sued Mayor Gerald Logan, then Bart sued all of the Port Chester Board Of Trustees, and then Bart sued every single-family homeowner in Port Chester for 10 Million dollars.

A good part of Bart Diddens time is spent suing people. And if we have said it once we have said it a hundred times…..

It is true that The True Blue Conservative has most recently been forced to focus on Bart Didden and his dirty political tricks. This is only because the Bart is out of control.

First Bart Didden, had the abusive RoBo Phone Calls that repeatedly attacked Mr. Pilla’s child, then Bart helped fund the mailing of the expensive 8” ½ x 11” color post card the continued to attack this child. Bart this child has done nothing to you. Leave him alone.

Now Bart Didden has mailed two bigoted and hateful flyers to almost all of the voters of Port Chester. When Liz Sadler, of the Journal News asked Dominick Chicatelli about Bart Didden’s disgusting flyers. Dominick Cicatelli condemned Bart’s disgusting flyers and said,”I sanctioned nothing or approved anything with that tone.”

Mr. Pilla, responded to Liz Sadlers questions about Bart’s disgusting flyer by saying,” It was very, very hateful and I have received about a dozen calls about it today. I think it’s just an attempt to distract the voters from the real issues that Port Chester is facing.”

Mayor Gerald Logan also denounced Bart’s disgusting flyer, by saying,” The campaign season had not been particularly contentious”, but Mayor Logan added that,” the recent proliferation of anonymous flyers is unusual.” I guess Mayor Logan never noticed all of the “hit pieces” that have been wrapped around the “Republican Eagle” for the past six years.

However, Westmore News Columnist Bart Didden, was the only person in the article that refused to denounce or apologize for the hate filled flyer. Bart Didden only complained that…..
