Rye Town Employees Are Forced To Put Out Rat Traps After Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin's

"Republican Transition Team" Leaves Town Hall.

The day after the election Rye Town Hall was invaded by a bunch of low-life bums appears to be the Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin Republican transition team.

All of Port Chester are shocked at how Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin's closest advisers have came to Town Hall the day after the election to gloat and attempt to throw their weight around the Town Rooms.

Everyone is saying that when Dennis Pilla or Larry Rand, became mayors their close advisers did not show up to the Village Rooms to act like vermin.

The whole town has seen how the Democrats have been a class act since the election results came in Tuesday Night.

The Democrats conceded the election and encouraged the residents of the town to rally around and support Republican Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin.

The Democrats have sent letters to the newspapers again encouraging Town residents to support Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin.

The Democrats have promised a smooth transition and the Rye Town Supervisor has promised to meet with the Rye Town Supervisor elect to consult with him about the budget.

The Democrats have been gracious. hospitable and honored the electorial process

But Four of Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin's closest advisers have came to Town Hall the day after the election to gloat and attempt to throw their weight around the Town Rooms.

Then they showed at a town meeting where the Town Budget is being presented and making ignorant remarks and acting like a bunch of drunken chowder heads.

Town employees are afraid that these clowns who lack in the social graces are members of the Supervisor Elect's Republican Transition Team.

Supervisor elect Joe Carvin could have sent down Mr. Norias, Mr. Gelfarb and maybe someone from Rye neck and Port Chester.

But no Rye Town Hall is invaded by a Rat Pack of dirty vermin talking trash to anyone who will listen.

First ex-Port Chester Republican Chairman Janus "I Love A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards showed up asking for a budget and making wise cracks about that there are too many people working in the Town.

Worse yet, he was even speculating that Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin was making him his personal Secretary.

I guess Janus's Chiropractic business isn't doing too well nowadays. It's about time that Janus got a real job anyway.

As you know, before the Bart "The Bigot" Didden flier and the swastika that appeared in the the last Mayoral campaign.

And way before the psychotic Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel started saying the Town Of Rye was anti-semantic for Joe Carvin on cable TV every month. Janus "I Love A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards was known as Janus "The Boy Toy" Richards.

The reason ex-Port chester Republican Chairman Janus "I Love A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards was called the "Boy Toy" was that I never seen a chiropractor with so little work.

But then I remembered Janus "I Am A Boy Toy Who Loves A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards married the daughter of a rich guy that recently sold Greenwich Radio Station WGCH.

In fact, she is a rich high profile republican public figure like the Boy Toy Who Loves A Racially Charged Campaign, because she hosts the longest running radio program in Greenwich with her father.

I have often wondered if the rich Winnick's of Greenwich give the Boy Toy an allowance or something, because he just doesn't seem to be a very busy chiropractor.

Tell me have you ever heard of a Doctor having to take a day job as a secretary.

Surely, ex-Port Chester Republican Chairman Janus "The Boy Toy Who Loves A Racially Charged Campaign" Richards was only joking when he was going take a day job as a secretary.

Of coarse Sam "I Forget Which Political Party I Am With This Week" Terenzi also showed up at Town Hall the day after the election telling folks how he was the one who delivered Joe Carvin his victory.

Plus Terenzi took his cue from the Boy Toy and made multiple trips to Town Hall in the days after the election.

Is Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin Really Going To Hire Terenzi?

Will Rye Town History once again repeat itself?

Will Terenzi once again cause a bad auditors report to occur?

Of Coarse, Mr. Carvin, Mr. Norias and Mr. Gelfarb will then politely ask Mr. Terenzi for and explaination.

Then Terenzi will rudely tell them to go "F" themselves.

The three Rye Brook Boys need to learn that if you are going to lie down with the dogs, you should not complain if you get fleas.

I am sure that Sam is a changed man and the problems that he had with the Port Chester Republican party, The Town Of Southeast, The Town Of Rye and a host of others is all water under the bridge.

Yes, The Bowman Avenue Big Spender - Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel, who founded of the Hopelessly Biased Rag Known as the Westmore News showed up at Town Hall with his little spoiled brat of a son Richard "The Rye Town Drama Queen Who Likes To File False Police Reports" Abel.

Yes, The Fables also came to Town Hall to gloat and try and intimidate Town employees multiple times this week.

The first time "Dis-Abel" and "Un-Abel" showed up was of coarse the day after the election saying that "Things were going to be changing at Town Hall" and that other news sources such as the True Blue Consevative Review and Port Chester Roundup were not going to be allowed to come by Rye Town Hall after the first of the year.

Well, the True Blue Conservative Review has news for "Dis - Abel" and "Un - Abel"

There has been a change in plans now that Bernie and Richard Fable have showed up at Town Hall with Janus "The Boy Toy" Richards and Sam "I Forget Which Political Party I Am With This Week" Terenzi.

The True Blue Conservative Review was going to go back to focusing solely on Port Chester matters, but now that The Bowman Avenue Big Spender and his pip squeek of a son wants to talk some trash I guess I will continue to focus on Rye Town and Rye Brook.

Why are these political low lifes and biased wanna be journalists comming to gloat and represent Supervisor Elect Joe Carvin at Town Hall?

Let's face it Joe Carvin deserved to win.

He work very hard and did everything that Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel told him to do.

If Rye Town Supervisor Bobby Morabito had only worked half a hard as Mr. Carvin, then he the results would have been much different.

When Mr. Joe Carvin and the Mr. Bernie Fable falsely accused Mr. Morabito of corruption, the voters wantedand deserved a strong response the Democrats.

Instead Supervisor Bobby Morabito talked about the FAA and new light bulbs for Town Hall.

No Morabito wanted to be positive.

Supervisor Morabito made a big mistake in refusing to fight fire with fire.

If Mr. Joe Carvin and Mr. Bernie Fable used the hopelessly biased Westmore News wanted to engage in negative politics, then Supervisor Morabito should have pointed out how the Abels and Westmore News Tax Vendetta was behind all the unfair and dirty Carvin campaign tactics.

Mr. Joe Carvin and Mr. Bernie Fable played dirty and Supervisor Bobby Morabito should have played dirty too.

It is a political myth that you can beat a negitive campgain by being positive.

The word on the street is that one month before the election, the Democrats did a poll of voters in Port Chester, Rye Brook and Rye Neck.

Rye Town Supervisor Bobby "I Am Going To Positive No Matter What" Morabito had an 11% lead in Port Chester. He also had single digit leads in Rye Brook and Rye Neck.

Negative Campaigns work.

Go back and look at how Bernie and Richard Fable used the hopelessly biased rag known as the Westmore News as an integral part of the dirty Carvin campaign.

If you are going to forget to pay your school and property taxes then you had better have a local newspaper and a politician that will do whatever you say, otherwise you will loose your house and probably go to jail.

Sometimes the American Democratic System can be very unfair, but it is still the best system in the world.

Look OJ Simpson, Robert Blake and a bunch of others were found not guilty.

So Don't Be Shocked That Bernie Fable once again thumbed his nose at the system and punished the second politician in 30 years that had the guts to stand up to the Hopelessly Biased Westmore News.

If Bobby Morabito had really been corrupt and looked the other way when the State Of Florida turned Bernie Fable in.

If Bobby Morabito had let Bernie Fable Continue stealing from the taxpayers, then he would still be Rye Town Supervisor next year.

But no Mr. Morabito refused to be corrupt and had to be a goody two shoe's a take Bernie Fable to court and get a conviction.

But Bobby Morabito can't stop making political mistakes.

When Joe Carvin and Bernie Fable got nasty, Mr. Morabito once again had to be a goody two shoes and be positive and talk about the environment and new ball fields.

However, we should hope for the best.

EDITORIAL:

It's hard to argue with the experience that the three incumbent Democrats bring to the Rye Town Board, as hard as their Republican challengers have tried.

Supervisor Robert Morabito, deputy commissioner of environmental facilities for Westchester County, has been on the board for 14 years - seven as supervisor and another seven as councilman.

Dominick Lagana, an engineer, adds another 12 years of experience as councilman, and Michael Borrelli, who owns an insurance agency in town, was first elected to the Town Board in 1997. All three are also running with Conservative and Working Families support.

As in years past, the Editorial Board endorses Morabito, Lagana and Borrelli, thius time to voters in next Tuesday's election. Again, we commend them and the rest of the board for having the political courage to undertake a townwide revaluation to reduce tax inequities and generate more corporate income for the town's villages and school districts. We wish other towns and cities would do the same.

More recently, the board has been working toward the installation of a legacy sports complex at Port Chester Middle School, beefing up flood-mitigation efforts for the Blind Brook River, and overseeing many improvements at town parks using state, county and federal grants.

This year, Morabito is facing a spirited challenge for his supervisor post from Republican Joseph Carvin, a hedge fund manager who lost a bid for a Town Board seat in 2005. We endorsed him in that campaign.

Joining Carvin on the Republican line for the two Town Board seats are David Gelfarb, an attorney who is active in the Bellefair Homeowners Association, and Robert Nioras, a management consultant. Town Board members serve four-year terms, and supervisors serve for two years.

The Republicans have made strong charges of corruption and cronyism in this campaign. However, the Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee, an independent volunteer body formed in 1991 by the League of Women Voters of Westchester, found such charges unfair and unsubstantiated.

2 more candidates join Rye town supervisor race

STORY

At least two new candidates have emerged to challenge Town Supervisor Robert Morabito in the Nov. 6 election, including the man at the center of the federal voting rights lawsuit against Port Chester.

Besides Democrat Morabito and Republican Joseph Carvin, who announced their candidacies earlier, nominating petitions were filed last week with the county Board of Elections by Salverio Terenzi for the Conservative line and Cesar Ruiz for the Independence line.

A fifth candidate, Marcos Perez, filed a petition to run on the Working Families line, but later declined the nomination.....

...When contacted by telephone Perez, a friend of Ruiz's, said he was on the petition "because Cesar put me there." He said he did not have time to be town supervisor because he had a new job installing carpet that kept him too busy.

Ruiz also declined to comment for now on his reason for backing Perez and a slate of Working Families candidates.

In the race for two seats on the Rye Town Board, Jose Nieves and Ximena Alarcon are seeking the Independence line along with Ruiz. They would challenge Democratic incumbents Dominick Lagana and Michael Borrelli for the line. Republicans Robert Nioras and David Gelfarb also are running for the seats.....
