Port Chester Newswire Port Chester Man, 34, Accused Of Rape In Sexual Relationship With 12-Year-Old May 4, 2012 at 7:16 PM A 34-year-old Port Chester man was charged with rape today after the discovery of a sexual relationship he was having with a 12-year-old girl, according to Port Chester Police. Rony Montoya of 39 N. Main St. was arrested after a two-day investigation that started as a missing person's report when the victim failed to show up for school, police said. Montoya, according to police, knew the girl through her family and that the girl apprently had a consensual relationship with Montoya. He is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree attempted rape.
