The River Hawks snapped the stalemate in the top of the fifth, taking a 2-0 lead. With runners of second and third, Matt Jacobs (Hudson, Mass.) hit a one-out single into center field to clear the bases.
The Golden Knights broke their drought, plating a pair of runners in the sixth inning to tie the score at 2-2. Ryan Burke (Troy, N.Y.) drew a four-pitch walk and then was tripled home by Jesse Burba (Port Chester, N.Y.). An error on the next play allowed Burba to reach home as well.....
