In response to on-going complaints from residents of Port Chester public housing, police said three village residents were cited for trespassing during a routine check at 45 Traverse Ave.
Police said a village detective and patrol officers went to the building about 9:15 p.m. Monday and as they were checking a stairway they could smell the odor of marijuana as they approached the top floor. Police found three Port Chester residents, ages 21, 18, and 16, who were not residents of the building.
