A Very Suspicious Indian Letter Has Appeared In The Westmore News And The Port Chester Daily Voice Blog: Ex-Business Partner Backs Port Chester’s Ferrara

Frank Ferrara, has claimed to have been an equity portfolio manager for high-net-worth individuals for the last ten years and has been mailing a very suspicious letter of recommendation to just about every single Port Chester news and media outlet.

After ten years of working with " high-net-worth individuals" Mr. Ferrara can only offer up a letter from an "Anil Gupta" from some out fit called the "Five Oceans Group" in "New Delhi, India"?.

The problem is that Anil Gupta" from Five Oceans Group in New Delhi, India doesn't seem to exist, as you can see from this Google search....
It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Frank Ferrara for election to public office in your local village.
Our firms transacted business for many years. Because of the difficulties of international trade we work hard to insure we deal with only the most reputable firms and individuals and Mr. Frank, as he was known, always offered us a large degree of comfort on those counts.
He also has an ease in dealing with cross cultural issues, perhaps because he is so well traveled and spent so many years in financial dealings with people all over the globe. This experience and skill would serve him well in a village that we understand requires working with a vast mix of many different peoples.
Our old friend Mr. Frank would be well suited to such a task.
We are pleased to recommend him.
Anil Gupta,
Five Oceans Group
New Delhi, India

http://portchester.dailyvoice.com/opinion/letter-ex-business-partner-backs-port-chester-s-ferrara

You would think that there was a FiveOceansGroup.com if they had truly been "transacted business for many years" with Mr. Ferrara or "Mr. Frank" as he was supposedly known, but no. However, Go Daddy has parked it and is willing to sell it to you for a reasonable fee.....

http://fiveoceansgroup.com/
Could Mr. Ferrara provide a street address and a business phone number for this mysterious Indian "Five Oceans Group" that supposedly bought steel from him while he was an "an equity portfolio manager" for the past ten years.

Many Port Chester residents are asking....

"If Mr.
Ferrara was "an equity portfolio manager" for the past ten years, shouldn't he be registed with New York State or the National Association Of Securities Dealer (NASD)."
Shouldn't Mr.Ferrara, have taken the NASD Series 55 Exam if was truly "involved
in the execution or processing of trades" "an equity portfolio manager" for the past ten years.

http://www.finra.org/web/groups/industry/@ip/@reg/@notice/documents/notices/p004014.pdf

Port Chester Roundup's Republican sources say that Mr.Ferrara has fluffed his resume a bit and the only thing he manages is something he calls the "Ferrara Family Trust", which hold his personal and retirement assets.
So lets see if we got this straight.....

Neil Pagano is the Chairman of the Port Chester Industial Development Agency (IDA) and is also the Republican party candidate who is running for mayor in Port Chester with Sam Terrenzi, who has a decade's worth of unpaid Federal and State taxes
Now, Niel Pagano who is a Port Chester landlord is rumored to have 27 open permits on just one of his many Port Chester buildings, but who cares this is Port Chester and the rules don't apply to a guy like Neil Pagano.

Neil Pagano's cousin Bart "The Bigot" Dideen was too busy mailing racist flyers and did not have time to make sure that his office did not have a certificate of occupancy is also running for trustee with Pagano and Terenzi.
http://portchesterroundup.blogspot.com/2011/02/022811-what-gavone-bart-bigot-didden.html
Again, who cares, the Good Old Boy Club of Port Chester can get away with anything.

Added to this mess is Port Chester Republican Chairman Joe Kenner, who is also running for trustee and is Neil Pagano's Vice Chairman of the Port Chester IDA.

But don't worry, you can trust Frank Farrara not to build the 820 rental units at United Hospital, because he also sits on the Port Chester IDA with landlord Neil Pagano.

What is this a Port Chester IDA take over of the Port Chester Board of Trustees?

Isn't the Port Chester Board Of Trustee's supposed to appoint and oversea the Port Chester IDA?
But the good news is that Frank Farrara comes highly recommended by Anil Gupta of the Five Oceans Group in New Delhi, India !!!!!

Well we can all sleep better tonight knowing that Bart Didden and Sam Terenzi have teamed up with three members of the Port Chester IDA.

What can possibly go wrong?

820 New Rental Units At United Hospital

No Wonder "The Bank Of Bruno" Had To Be Sold To Hudson City Bank. These Idiotic Mammaluccos Gave That Gavone Port Chester Trustee Sam Terenzi And Ten John Does About A Million Bucks

FORGET ABOUT IT....DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT MENTIONING SAVERIO TERENZI'S TEN JOHN DOES!!!!

Port Chester residents for years joked about the Sound Federal Savings, being the "Bank Of Bruno", because it was backed by former Port Chester Judge Bruno
Gioffre and many of his political cronies.

Hudson City Bank
squired Sound Federal Savings Bank in 2006 and two years later they went to court trying to get back a million bucks from Port Chester CPA Saverio Terenzi and Ten mystery "John Does" (You Can Click to enlarge the Lawsuit filed Supreme Court Of New York State by Hudson City Savings Bank, successor in interest to Sound Federal Savings Bank)

Now Port Chester residents want to know who the mystery John Does were and what happend to all that money?
We asked former Port Chester Judge Bruno Gioffre how he  justify giving such a large loan to a Port Chester CPA, who had not paid federal and state taxes and penalties for a decade, but we got no response from the law firm of Gioffre And Giofre. (You Can Click to enlarge the Lawsuit filed Supreme Court Of New York State by Hudson City Savings Bank, successor in interest to Sound Federal Savings Bank)

Didn't former Port Chester Judge Bruno
Gioffre run a credit check on Sam Terenzi, before handing over whelbarrels of cash to him and the ten "John Does"?
Why wont Port Chester Trustee Sam Terenzi the ten "John Does" are?
Why would Port Chester homeowners trust their hard earned tax dollars to a decade long tax dodging CPA who is sued with ten "John Does" by whats left of the Sound Federal Savings and Loan Bank?

These questions about Sam Terenzi, the ten "John Does" and the "Bank Of Bruno" should be answered when the c
andidates who are for the six available trustee positions square off at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Room 229 of Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road.

But five will get you ten that the Rye-Rye Brook-Port Chester League of women voters wont ask about Sam Terenzi's ten "John Does"

Bruno Would Not Like That

Satirical Update....

CANDIDATES OFFER SUPPORT FOR DELIQUESCENT TAX PAYER WHOSE VOTE IS NEEDED TO GET 820 RENTAL UNITS APPROVED

Some Elected Officials Seem To Think That Is Okay Not To Pay Your Taxes

Neil Pagano, the Republican party candidate who is running for mayor in Port Chester wants to stop what he said is "madness" of public official who do not pay New York State and federal taxes.

"More work is needed to be done to create more tax compliance and expand the tax base", Pagano added.

Pagano asked Port Chester Village homeowners to give his running mate Sam Terenzi to pay his decade of unpaid state and federal taxes.

"Rome was not built in a day and Sam is going to need more time to pay his tax obligations", said Niel Pagano who is a Port Chester landlord who is rumored to have 27 open permits on just one of his many Port Chester buildings. "Give me two years and I promise you I can get Sam to pay some of his taxes."

Pagano's cousin Bart Dideen who's office did not have a certificate of occupancy and is also running for trustee agreed saying,"New York State needs to do a better job of tax compliance.

"The issues with Mr. Terenzi is a New York State problem and not a Port Chester Problem." Didden said "He owes New York hundreds of thousands of dollars, not Port Chester. So he should be allowed to be a village trustee with Neil and I.

Port Chester Republican Chairman Joe Kenner, who is also running for trustee said,"Sam is a Certified Public Accountant here in the village and I am sure he has a good reason for not paying his Federal and state income taxes for over a decade. Besides we need Sam if we are going to get those 820 rental units approved on the former United Hospital site."

Port Chester Mayor Dennis Pilla said he doesn't think the 820 rental units is really the best option for Port Chester tax payers.

Candidates for the six available trustee positions square off at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Room 229 of Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road.

Pagano, Kenner and Didden have promised to be there to support Sam Terenzi even though just one of his New York State Tax Warrants is for $107, 381.99

One longtime Port Chester political observer remarked,"Neil already failed the test of character when on the Port Chester Industrial Development agency he used his first chance to vote for a cronie, former Republican Trustee Joe Carlucci, a pal of Pagano's dad, to be the IDA attorney."

Mayor Pilla urged the Port Chester IDA to vote for a more qualified and independent firm, but was voted down by Port Chester Republican Chairman Joe Kenner who is also Pagano's IDA Vice Chairman.

Republican Candiate Frank Farrara, who also sits on the Port Chester IDA with landlord Neil Pagano responded with, Do you think I care what the Mayor wants or about that silly village master plan? I support Bart Didden's Cousin Neil Pagano and my fellow IDA board member Joe Kenner. We have got to get those 820 rental units built at the United Hospital site and Pilla is simply in the way.

When asked about his running mate Terenzi's failure to pay federal and New York State taxes for over a decade, Mr Farrara,, who claims to have
been an equity portfolio manager for high-net-worth individuals for the past ten years...

"Do you think Sam is the only one? Greenwich resident Leona Hemsley said it best, "
We don't pay taxes. Only the little peoplepay taxes.' Mr. Ferrara also added," Later I am going to sit down with Sam and structure things so that he is judgement proof. Maybe we can set up a Swiss bank account that is owned by a secretive Cayman Island's Trust. The only thing is that. I just want to see how he votes on the Greenwich developers proposed  820 rental units at the United Hospital site."

ATTENTION IRS: You Had Better Make Sure That Port Chester Village Manager And Chief Executive Officer Christopher Steers Is Obeying Federal Laws And Making Sure That 25% Of Sam Terenzi's Village Pay Checks Have 25% Garnished From From Them

Port Chester Village Manager Christopher Steers has a nasty reputation of playing politics and favoring some  elected village officials over others, but many taxpayers are now wondering if he has put his political loyalties above the law and failed to garnish ALL payments to Port Chester Trustee Saverio Terenzi.

Maybe some folks should followup up and make a call to the Internal Revenue Service and make sure that Mr.
Steers political misguided political loyalties have caused him not to fully comply with the law, when it comes to Extremist TEA Party Lunatic Sam  Terenzi's decade of federal tax debt.

MAYBE A PORT CHESTER HOMEOWNER SHOULD CALL UP THE IRS, WHICH PAYS TIPSTERS 10% OF FUNDS COLLECTED FROM INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC

The local IRS Office can be reached at....

This time of the year the IRS likes to go after tax cheats and those who assist them.

Or maybe the local IRS enforcement agent should just call up
Christopher Steers and make sure the Village Manager is fully complying with all Federal Laws

Mr. Steers can be reached at
(914) 939-2200.

Port Chester Village Clerk
Janusz  Richards should have all of the documents concerning Sam Terenzi on file for the IRS

The stenographers at the Westmore News wont tell you this, but local Republican loudmouth Sam Terenzi has scores of tax warants, liens, and civil
judgments from 2001 - 2012.

We are talking, business debts, personal debts, house and mortgage defaults and taxes which are the most egregiousness, because Sam Terenzi has had his snout in at least a half a dozen public troughs.

Let's just hope that Port Chester Village Manager Christopher Steers is following state and federal laws and garnishing ALL village payments made to Sam Terenzi.

You can click on the Federal Tax Lien above enlarge and read how about the greedy Port Chester official who violated the law and did not pay his taxes.

OH WAIT A MINUTE I FORGOT......

Sam Terrenzi Said he isn't going to accept payment for being trustee.

And you thought he was looking out for the taxpayers of Port Chester.

No he was looking out for Sam Terenzi, and just did not want the IRS showing up at Port Chester village hall with paperwork seeking a garnishment.

Sam Terenzi, is such a hypocrite

It looks like Port Chester Village Manager Chistopher Steers is off the hook as long as he doesn't give his buddy Sam any village payments with out deducting 25% for the IRS.
