NEW YORK - A lot has happened since William Brody filed a federal lawsuit against the village of Port Chester nearly seven years ago.
The four buildings he was trying to hold onto were seized by the village; the South Main Street commercial buildings were knocked down and paved over as part of the village's downtown redevelopment. A shopping mall and parking lot rose up in their place.
