Hoping for Change Writes
I'm sure that educators today, for the most part....have a lot to deal with in terms of the way our world and its population have changed. I have many friends in this profession...they are good people and truly care about their students. I never hear them discuss the union and contracts....only hear them talk about their "kids" as they affectionately call them......
......AND perhaps I'm a little jealous. I wish I could react that way (become a nine to fiver) when my raise doesn't arrive on time...or at all - but I really need my job and i'm at the beck and call of my boss.

I so agree with you, I wish I could stamp my feet and leave work when I didn't get my way....
.....Does anyone even care?

Later count snarkula replies with:
who are the best/worst teachers at Porto-Potty Chester HS and MS?
and whatever happened to our legendary superintendent Harry Houdini/Mix (surname escapes me momentarily), who ruled Porty Schools with a velvet fist in the 1970s-80s>?
he was a schrewd one, Harry was.

Even Later nonpartyaffiliate1 chimes in with:
Count Snarkula: I can't imagine what your motive is in asking who are the good and bad teachers of PCMS and PCHS. Obviously, you do not have children in the system or you would already know. As for the Supts., we've had Mix, Napoli, Coletti and now Carlisle. Turn on Channel 74 once every decade and play catch-up......
........snark: if Port Chester is such a porto-potty, one wonders why you haven't been flushed away yet.
