EX.I.T.E. - or Exploring Interests in Technology and Engineering -Camp, a weeklong retreat run by IBM for middle school-age girls, is the exception. EX.I.T.E. Camp, held at the T.J. Watson Research Center, is part of a global initiative by IBM to interest more young women in science and engineering careers.
