Rye Town Supervisor Joe "The Harvard Educated Fool" Carvin Is Always Trying To Spoil The Party For Non-Profit Groups That Do Good Works In Port Chester. Many Port Chester Non-Profits Use Crawford Mansion To Raise Funds For Children Seniors, The Poor And Disadvantaged.
First the heartless Rye Town Supervisor stopped letting members of police, fire and emergency agencies to use the government owned mansion at no charge.
Then the Harvard Educated Fool stopped allowing the Port Chester / Rye Brook Chamber Of Commerce From to use a second-floor office at no charge — a deal that the chamber enjoyed for six years.
Carvin ordered the chamber to pay rent, along with the construction of a fire escape to meet insurance demands, the chamber moved to a $300-a-month rental office at Port Chester Village Hall.
