SORRY CORNELIO, THERE IS NO FREE BEER AT KEYLEES
Four people polished off $60 worth of beer in 1 1/2 hours, and three of them left Keylees Restaurant on Pearl Street, leaving behind the fourth, who had no money to cover the bill.
Cornelio Miguel Toc, 27, of 31 William St., Port Chester, was charged with misdemeanor theft of services just before midnight March 22.

Toc and three other friends walked into Kaylee's Restaurant on Pearl Street Tuesday night at 10:30 p.m. and began ordering Modelo by the bottle. The waitress told police she brought 15 beers, worth about $60, over the course of an hour and a half before Toc's three companions got up from the table and left the restaurant. Toc was left sitting at the table by himself....
